Common Questions
Why is a module missing?
Your platform manager controls access for each sender. Ask them to enable the required Recipients, Email, SMS or WhatsApp module.
Can I close the browser after sending?
Yes. Once a campaign or import is queued, background workers continue processing it.
Why was a recipient skipped during import?
Common reasons include a missing required name, invalid email syntax, duplicate data or a CSV column that does not match the selected template.
Why is my campaign still queued?
A queue worker may be busy or temporarily unavailable. Wait briefly, refresh the delivery record and contact your platform manager if it does not start.
Why can’t I send to a recipient?
The recipient must contain a valid email address or phone number for the selected channel and may need to belong to the chosen group.
Who can change provider settings?
Connection credentials and system-wide provider settings are managed by authorized administrators, not sender accounts.
